Submit a Prescription
Transition Pharmacy, Rx ‘n Go’s fulfillment pharmacy, makes this a simple task, even transferring an existing prescription is easy.
There are more than 1,300 generic maintenance and preventive medications on the Rx ’n Go list of covered drugs and over 170 brand name medications on the Rx ‘n Go Beyond covered drug list.
